The Foot Locker Three-Point contest cast has been named and this year’s batch will be led by Warriors hotshot Steph Curry.

Aside from Curry, teammate Klay Thompson will also be back to give his Splash Brother some competition. But the duo will have to weather the challenge set forth by the other participants this year.

Zach LaVine Looks To Join Elite List of Back-To-Back Champions

There will be six other players joining Curry and Thompson. The list includes:

1. Kyle Lowry (Raptors)
2. Chris Bosh (Heat)
3. Khris Middleton (Bucks)
4. Devin Booker (Suns)
5. J.J. Reddick (Clippers)
6. James Harden (Rockets).

Reddick and Harden were also around in last year’s competition but were eliminated early when they tallied the two lowest scores last year.

Raptors Taking Big Chance With Disgruntled Suns Forward

For Curry, he gets a chance to join an elite list of back-to-back shootout winners. Players who have done that before include:

1. Larry Bird (1986-88, Celtics)
2. Craig Hodges (1990-92, Bulls)
3. Mark Price (1993-94, Cavaliers)
4. Jeff Hornacek (1998-00, Jazz)
5. Peja Stojakovic (2002-03, Kings)
6. Jason Kapono (2007-08, Raptors)

Of that list, take note that Bird and Hodges were able to win the three-point shootout for three consecutive years. The winners from the last five 3-point shootouts can be viewed above.
