Johnny Football has hit rock bottom and it may have caused his ex-girlfriend to disappear from social media.

Embattled NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel was involved in yet another altercation Saturday with Colleen Crowley, the same woman who accused him of hitting her in October. The Browns signal caller allegedly told his ex-girlfriend to "shut up or I'll kill us both," according to a report from WFAA-TV in Dallas.

Per the Fort Worth Police Department's report, Crowley was struck "several times" by the former Heisman Trophy winner and she claimed he made the threat to kill both of them while "forcing her into a car, hitting her, and dragging her by the hair." Since the incident, Crowley's Instagram page has disappeared and she also has seemingly deleted her Twitter account.

Manziel, who checked himself into alcohol rehab last year and is expected to be cut by the Browns in March for a flurry of incidents and partying binges, denied he ever struck Crowley or threatened her life.

"It didn't happen," Manziel told TMZ. "I'm completely stable. I'm safe and secure."

After his latest brush with Crowley, Manziel's career is anything but safe and secure. There are plenty of teams desperate for a quarterback heading into next season, but Manziel needs to focus on straightening his life out before trying to continue his career in the NFL.

Manziel and Crowley have had a tumultuous past together. The two have been an item for two years and lived together for four months, but things took a turn for the worse when Crowley claimed Manziel struck her back in October.

The latest incident saw Manziel allegedly try to force Crowley into her car after she escaped from the vehicle and hid in some bushes. The argument began at a Dallas hotel and had to do with another girl, according to WFAA-TV.

"He grabbed me by my hair and threw me back into the car and got back in himself," Crowley, who is seeking an order of protection, reportedly told police. "He hit me with his open hand on my left ear for jumping out of the car. I realized immediately that I could not hear out of that ear, and I still cannot today, two days later."

The argument eventually spilled into Crowley's apartment in Fort Worth, where Manziel allegedly made the threats to both of their lives before retreating when his ex-girlfriend grabbed a knife. Crowley said she believed the quarterback was on drugs or having a psychotic break down.

Crowley has since disappeared from social media without a trace.

Before Manziel even thinks about playing football again, he needs to get his life in order.
