Super Bowl 50 Madden Simulation: Broncos Coaches Should Be Embarrassed If The Video Game Is Right [VIDEO]

Madden 16’s simulation of Super Bowl 50 has been released, and if the game is accurate, football fans are in for a treat of a game. The simulation – which has predicted the correct winner nine out of 12 times – has pegged the Panthers to win in exciting fashion.

The simulation brings the game down to one play, with Panthers QB Cam Newton scrambling toward the end zone and being launched airborne to give Carolina a 24-20 victory. This should worry Broncos fans; last year the game predicted the correct final score of the Seahawks-Patriots Super Bowl and got within 10 yards of Tom Brady’s passing yardage total according to USA Today. If the game is right about that ending, it will be a moment of shame for the Broncos coaches.

Cam Newton Is Being Stereotyped Because Of His Dancing

Much like Seahawks coach Pete Carroll will never live down his decision to throw the football from the one-yard line with the game on the line, instead of handing the ball to “Beast Mode” Marshawn Lynch, Gary Kubiak will live in infamy if a Cam Newton run seals the deal. If Denver is up four points with the Panthers at that distance, linebacker Von Miller must be glued to Newton.

Cam Newton Will Be LeBron Of The NFL If He Loses

Newton rushed for 636 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, posting the best numbers in both categories since his rookie year in 2011. He also carried the ball a career-high 132 times. Denver should not be surprised if Newton keeps the rock in tight circumstances and tries to make a play. There’s no doubting what the Panthers have accomplished offensively all year, but with seconds to go, if Denver allows anything but Newton remaining in the pocket and having his receivers beat Denver’s top-notch secondary, then they deserve to lose.
