Manny Pacquiao is currently training in his hometown of General Santos City in southern Philippines for his upcoming fight against Brandon Rios on November 24, and reports have it that the Pacquiao camp is confident that the boxer will score a convincing win thanks to a changed camp that has allowed the fighting Congressman to focus on his training.

Rappler.com is reporting that the Pacquiao camp is now quieter compared to the previous training groups that the Filipino boxing icon had for his previous fights. Security in the workouts are now stricter unlike in the past where anyone can just barge in and watch Pacquiao do his stuff in the ring.

"We'll let you guys in this time, but next time, you'll just have to deal," the website is reporting as having been said by Pacquiao's assistant trainer Buboy Fernandez to observers who wanted to see Pacquiao training.

Reports also indicate that Pacquiao has become more focused in training that he is always on time for his appearances at the gym. Team Pacquiao also has to remind the Filipino boxing icon to pace himself.

"I'm happy with my training, I'm excited," Pacquiao said. "I'm happy because I'm hungry to train and to fight."

Pacquiao's fight against Rios is important for the only man to capture world titles in eight different weight divisions. Coming off shocking losses to Juan Manuel Marquez and Tim Bradley, Jr., Pacquiao needs a strong comeback win to recapture his old magic and dispel rumors that he is on the brink of retirement.
