Four days remain before the Patriots and Broncos collide in the AFC Championship game on Sunday. Rob Gronkowski couldn’t wait that long, though.

He decided to have the hits start coming on Tuesday.

Tom Brady Dropped Another Annoying Patriots Hype Video

The Patriots TE was accused of “pushing off” by LB Brandon Marshall.

"I say because he pushes off," Marshall told NBC Sports' "Pro Football Talk Live" radio show on Monday, per ESPN. "I mean, he pushes off, and he gets away with it about 98 percent of the time."

Tom Brady Has No Problem Embracing His Soft Image

Broncos DB Chris Harris Jr. took a step further, offering his strategy on how to stop Gronkowski.

"You gotta hit him low, man," Harris told SportsCenter. "Hit him in his knees. That's the best chance you got of hitting him."

That’s where Gronkowski decided he had enough.

It’s difficult to tell if Gronkowski can even spell “double entendre” -- after all, this is the same guy who called himself “party” when interviewed by a Spanish broadcaster -- but it was clearly his intention. It certainly read that way, winking-tongue emoji and all.

The Broncos players didn’t address Gronkowski’s comments, but Marhsall took upon himself to reiterate his point.

Let the Twitter beef commence.
