Ciara took the stage by storm to sing the National Anthem at the Clemson and Alabama game on Monday, but not everyone was happy to see so much of her.

The R&B star, who is dating Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, drew the ire of former ESPN reporter Bonnie Bernstein for her dress. Bernstein fired off a tweet criticizing Ciara's attire, which displayed her "Goodies" and barely covered them up.

Ciara's outfit and performance was a polarizing topic, but Wilson had no doubt about which side he was on. The one-time Super Bowl champion revealed on social media that he thought her performance was "amazing" and she "looked flawless."

Bernstein could have a point as the national championship game, which was won, 45-40, by Alabama, was viewed by a lot of children around the country. It's also a football game, so such an outfit didn't seem necessary for the setting.

Still, the current host of "Campus Insiders" took her fair share of flack on Twitter for the outburst. Bernstein had to defend herself against people claiming she was racist and she lashed out at those who called her out on it.

Wilson was right in the fact that Ciara put on a heck of a performance, and she always looks good, but did the "Dance Like We're Making Love" singer take things too far? We'll leave it up to you. Vote in our poll and take a side:

What did you think of Ciara's outfit for the national championship?
