Conor McGregor is still enjoying his respite with a couple of things left on the table. And much of that has to do with what comes next for “The Notorious.”

After beating Jose Aldo in explosive fashion, McGregor mentioned that he is entertaining the thought of moving up to the UFC lightweight division. Normally that would mean he'd have to vacate the UFC featherweight title, but UFC president Dana White may be making an exception for the Irishman.

With that in mind, there is a lingering possibility McGregor could end up holding up two UFC titles, which would be another first for the UFC. And as far as White is concerned, McGregor is more than capable of achieving that.

"If anybody can do it, Conor McGregor can. This guy has pretty done everything he said he would do. I'm interested," says White, via MMA Fighting.

Waiting for him in the lightweight division is champion Rafael dos Anjos, who is ready for the challenge McGregor brings in case he decides to face him next. But if that is the case, it could mean more waiting time for Frankie Edgar -- the believed top contender to McGregor’s title.

Edgar has been nagging for his title shot and has gone so far as to trash talk McGregor to goat him into giving him his shot, via Fox Sports. Apparently that may not be in the hands of McGregor right now, but rather White and the UFC top brass.

For now there is no official word on where McGregor would fight next. So all dos Anjos and Edgar can do right now is wait for the UFC’s official announcement.
