Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan may draw references to "Beauty and the Beast," but perhaps there's an explanation for their courtship.
The WWE Diva always talks about entering "Brie Mode," and on the WWE reality series "Total Divas," it was revealed what exactly that state of mind entails. Basically, Bella likes to drink.
Retirement Could Be Looming For Daniel Bryan
"Brie Mode's about [being] a couple of tequilas, skinny margaritas in," Bella said in a preview video for 'Total Divas' Season 6 posted by E! Online. "It's Brie mode time."
Added her twin sister Nikki: "A couple? Times 10."

Perhaps this explains how Bella ended up in the arms of the bearded one in Bryan. The WWE personalities have been together for over four years, and they tied the knot in April 2014.
Looking at the two, they appear to be a mismatch, with Bella being a sultry, beautiful Diva, and Bryan resembling more of a goat, but overall their relationship appears to be firing on all cylinders. Bryan himself has acknowledged the differences in their appearance.
"She's beautiful and I look like this," Bryan recently told The New Paper Online last month.
Beyond the superficial though, the two make a sound couple. Bryan seems to be a genuine guy whenever he does interviews or appears on television, and obviously his personality and charm landed him one of the sexiest Divas on the WWE roster.
Bella even insisted in an Instagram post of their date night that she's the beast and he's the beauty, after Bryan shared the opposite sentiment in his own post.

Maybe the skinny margaritas and tequila shots have altered Bella's brain, or maybe Bryan is just as great of a person as he appears to be in the media. Either way, big things are sure to come for the happy couple in 2016 -- even if, in their own words, they resemble Beauty and the Beast.
