Khloe Kardashian is not a hero.
She was spotted visiting Odom a day after Christmas at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, according to TMZ Sports.
Khloe Kardashian Makes Vulgar Comments In Response To Being Blamed For James Harden's Struggles
The website lauded Kardashian for continuing to care for her estranged husband two month after his weeklong stay at a Nevada brothel led to a series of 12 strokes, leading to kidney failure and impacting his ability to walk and talk.
"It's interesting ... Khloe had her divorce proceedings dismissed, yet everything we hear is that she is not trying to resurrect the relationship ... she just wants to help him.
"No fanfare ... no Instagram ... pretty admirable."
Lamar Odom Wants To Confront James Harden Over Khloe Kardashian
The problem is that Kardashian already quit on the relationship once -- not that she didn't have good reason -- but once she did, she forfeited that right to care for him.
Reports have surfaced that Odom has wanted Kardashian out of his hospital room, and the reason she dismissed divorce proceedings is to keep control of Odom's recovery.
If Odom is to make a full recovery, that has to be up to Odom, not Kardashian. And she hasn't exactly been quiet about her involvement with Odom since his hospitalization. To say she has taken care of him without fanfare is inaccurate.
Kardashian doesn't have to call a news conference every time she goes to visit Odom; she knows because of her celebrity, she'll have photographers around, so she'll receive the praise of staying by Odom's side during his recovery.
It could very well be that if and when Odom does recover, he may thank Kardashian and credit her with saving his life, or at least getting his life back on track.
That seems unlikely if he makes close to a full recovery and she stays in her relationship with James Harden. Until Odom is able to communicate about his recovery, anything Kardashian is doing now has to be taken with a grain of salt.
