Tonight at 8 p.m. ET on FOX, the UFC lightweight title will be on the line when Rafael dos Anjos (24-7) defends against Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone (28-6) on UFC Fight Night from Orlando, FL. Fans can live stream the bout online by clicking this link.

Cerrone, 31, is in the most important fight of his career tonight. Cowboy has been on an impressive run since his last loss, serving as one of UFC’s most frequent fighters. Cerrone is 8-0 since Nov. 2013, and since his last defeat, vs. dos Anjos in May 2013. It sure sounds like Cerrone is out for payback.

“I’m gonna rip his mother***ing head off,” Cerrone told reporters. Cerrone has matured some in the last two years after an infamous incident involving “boating rage,” forced him to evaluate his behavior. But he still flashes that rage, which dos Anjos said will help him in the octagon.

“He don’t give a s— for the belt, but I do,” dos Anjos said, hinting that Cerrone is more interested in handing out beatings.

“It’s how I supply my family. It’s how I make my living. A guy who think like that, he’s not the guy that’s gonna take my belt away.”

Dos Anjos suffered his most recent loss in April 2014, a surprising decision against Khabib Nurmagomedov. Since then dos Anjos has ripped off four straight wins.

Cerrone has a four-inch height advantage and two-inch reach advantage on the champion, and a much higher rate of finishing fights. The biggest threat to Cerrone will be on the ground, where dos Anjos is the superior takedown artist.

Prediction: Cerrone def. dos Anjos by TKO (Round 3)
