The second annual CBS Sports Classic welcomes Ohio State (5-6) and No. 4 Kentucky (9-1) on Saturday.
This is the 20th time the two programs square off. The Wildcats hold an 11-8 series advantage over the Buckeyes, including victories in each of the last three matchups. Ohio State's last victory in the series came in 1987.
Ironically enough, the most memorable contest between the two was also played in the Tri-state area. Kentucky emerged victorious in the Sweet 16, eliminating Ohio State, who entered the NCAA tournament as the No. 1-overall seed.
It's not exactly a quest for revenge, but a victory for Thad Matta and company is paramount to turn around an inconsistent start to the year.
A free live stream of the contest can be found here (requires free trial registration).
