Tonight at 7 p.m. PT UFC 194 will get underway, featuring Conor McGregor, the interim featherweight champion, taking on the full champion, Jose Aldo, in Las Vegas. Fans can watch the fight online by clicking this link. The prelims can be found on Fox Sports 1, or live streamed free here.

The time for talking is over, and McGregor will have his chance to prove once and for all that his constant talking is based in truth. McGregor has been getting under Aldo’s skin for months, and he enters the octagon a favorite. This is a surprise, seeing as how Aldo has won 18 consecutive fights, and hasn’t lost since 2005.

Conor McGregor Says Aldo Must "Earn" His Respect

Despite that, McGregor said that Aldo has to earn his respect.

"Respect for me is earned through battle," McGregor said to Fox. "If he shows up, fights with his heart, he'll earn my respect, but I cannot respect a man who has ran, who has evaded.”

Luke Rockhold Wants To 'Slap' McGregor

McGregor is referring to their fight that was scheduled for Jul. 11. Aldo bowed out with a rib injury even though doctors deemed it safe for him to continue, and McGregor instead battled Chad Mendes for the interim strap.

Aldo, normally very soft-spoken and respectful of his opponents, has offered some trash talk as well.

"I don't care what he has to say," Aldo said after nearly brawling with McGregor during the weigh-in. "The thing is I'm coming in tomorrow night and I'm going to be the champion."

McGregor has he flashier style of the two, and the bigger mouth, but Aldo’s resume is tough to ignore. He is a veteran of battles with Mendes, Frankie Edgar, Kenny Florian, Urijah Faber, and many more. In the end, McGregor will acquit himself well, but betting against Aldo is typically a fool’s errand.

Prediction: Aldo def. McGregor by unanimous decision.
