After going on hiatus recently, it looks like "The Beast" is interested in snagging the U.S. title from Del Rio. But could this mean that Lesnar will turn into a face wrestler in the process?

Del Rio is currently aligned with Sheamus and his League of Nations, though his heel role hasn’t really been established to the letter. It will be an interesting side feud though, not to mention a new storyline that could prove to be interesting.

It remains to be seen what the WWE has up its sleeves with this one, though one has to wonder why it is the U.S. Championship that has become the fancy of Lesnar.

From the looks of it, we could see Lesnar playing face or even heel meaning Del Rio could be transforming into the “face” side of things. It also makes you wonder if anything strange will happen this weekend when the WWE holds its next pay-per-view, WWE TLC, where Del Rio will defend against Jack Swagger.

Lesnar and Del Rio's feud may not go beyond that show, but it is an interesting twist.
