King James may be flush with cash, but his royalty doesn't extend to treating friends to food and drinks.

It was revealed Monday that LeBron James signed a lifetime sneaker deal with Nike, but the huge endorsement and the fact that he's a loaded NBA star didn't stop him from splitting the bill with some friends this past weekend in Miami.

After sitting out against his former team, the Heat, on Saturday, James was spotted out and about with friends all weekend, including a stop at a nightclub in South Beach on Saturday and a Soho beach house Sunday.

The multi-million dollar man apparently wasn't about to front the bill.

"He paid for the whole bill with his card, but everyone gave him cash," a spy who spotted him told The New York Post's Page Six while joking, "Just like I do with my friends."

James has a net worth of $300 million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com, but he was still seen splitting the bill. Maybe it's James' way of staying humble despite being one of the greatest basketball players of all time.

"I'm very humble, man," James told Fox News on Monday when discussing his sneaker deal. "It's been an unbelievable time for myself and my family, and I'm just grateful that Nike and Phil Knight, and everyone over there just believed in a skinny 18-year-old kid from Akron, Ohio, and I'm happy to be a part of such a great company."

James sat out Saturday night as the Cavaliers fell to his old team, 99-84, and he even heard it from fans at the American Airlines Arena. The crowd yelled, "LeBron is tired" during the game.

The two-time NBA champion couldn't have been that exhausted, as he was seen clubbing after the game Saturday night at the Rockwell nightclub in South Beach before enjoying the beach house Sunday.

Though James preaches humility, he had no time to deal with Miami fans during his weekend of fun when he was out.

"He had security watching his table from behind," a source told The Post. "Any time someone would start to photograph him with their phone, security would go over and talk to them."

The four-time NBA MVP may have signed a Nike endorsement deal fit for a king, but he acted like a common man this past weekend in Miami.
