Whether Tim Tebow and Olivia Culpo broke up because of Tebow's celibacy, his eagerness to pursue a relationship or because there was no relationship to break up because they never dated, Tebow's manhood has been called into question.
And that is flat-out wrong, according to Fox News.
Real Reason For Olivia Culpo Breakup Could've Been That Tim Tebow Came On Too Strong
The news site has staunchly defended the 2007 Heisman Trophy winner, attacking other media outlets who have made fun of Tebow's Christian beliefs. In addressing whether the rumors about sex, or lack thereof, being the reason for the couple's breakup, Fox News came to Tebow's rescue.
"Whether or not this is true, what is indisputable is that the response to the 'news,' particularly from sports media, has been disgraceful," Fox News' Jeff Kemp wrote. "Rather than applauding Tebow for taking a moral stand and backing it up by his actions, the media made snarky quips to mock the former quarterback.
"... There are many men and women -- some virgins, some who have had sex in the past -- who have made commitments to celibacy for their future until marriage. While they may not have their commitment to abstinence sniped at on social media, they nonetheless face pressure from our culture to cave in when it comes to sex.
"That's why Tebow's public stand is so importantbecause it encourages others who are on the same path. And the truth is, we need more Tim Tebows."

Kemp may have been only following the lead of another conservative website, newsbusters.org, that is trying to shine a light on Tebow, in another article that Fox reposted on its site.
"So long story short, a report that should have come as no surprise since Tebow has already had one relationship end because of his moral stand and maybe, just maybe, God-forbid engender some sense of begrudging respect from the media elite for at least having the courage of his convictions, has instead triggered a few juvenile headlines and one-liners from a legion of sports reporters who would never be allowed in the same room as a Miss USA, current or former. Unless they bought a ticket," newsbusters.org wrote.
It included two of the legitimate media swipes at Tebow.
New York Daily News headline: "Tim Tebow still can't find the end zone as girlfriend Olivia Culpo breaks it off over lack of sex."
And from CBS Sports: "Apparently an NFL job isn't the only thing Tim Tebow can't hold onto."
The rift Tebow's persona creates could explain why he's gotten so few chances to return to the NFL after the Jets released him in 2012.
