Leon managed to lose an entire series in one match. Now, America must avoid committing the same mistake.

Las Aguilas cruised to a 4-1 victory over Leon in the first leg of this quarterfinal tie. The club is now 90 minutes away from securing its place in the Liga MX Liguilla semifinals. It just won't be an easy task.

Leon have scored 18 of their 32 goals at the Estadio Leon -- the same locale that awaits America on Saturday.

Not having Andres "Rifle" Andrade -- who's suspended after the Liga MX Disciplinary Commission concluded he dived to win a penalty in the first leg -- won't help Ignacio Ambriz and company, either.

What They're Saying

America midfielder Jose Daniel Guerrero (via Esto): "It would be a mistake to get comfortable. America have to play for a result. It's going to be difficult because of what Leon have to do, but we have to do what we have to do to qualify for the playoffs."

Leon defender Juan Ignacio Gonzalez (via Esto): "The team is doing well. The [4-1] loss hurt because of the amount of goals, but in reality, we are a club that never puts its head down. We are always fighting. We know we have the capacity to overturn this deficit. It's going to be difficult, but not impossible."
