WWE COO Triple H has made it a point to take part in WrestleMania events and the belief was that he would have likely faced Seth Rollins at WWE’s annual big event or maybe even Dwayne ‘"The Rock" Johnson.

As everyone knows, Rollins is likely to miss WrestleMania 32 after going down to a knee injury, while The Rock could be busy with his film commitments.

So with the two names out of the mix, who could Triple H face instead?

According to a report from the Bleacher Report, the likely opponent is shaping up to be Roman Reigns. The leader of the Roman Empire is obviously the only notable star that could probably be a good draw for the event, which takes place on April 3, 2016 at AT&T Stadium in Texas.

Paired with the tension building between the two WWE figures, it could be a match to watch. Could that spear that Reigns gave Triple H at WWE Survivor Series on Sunday be the catalyst for such?

Well, the IBTimes seems to think so and it does make plenty of sense.

So if that is indeed the stage that would be set, will Reigns be WWE World Heavyweight Champion before that happens? That may all depend on the WWE PPVs set before hand. Reigns is set to face Sheamus at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs on Dec. 13, but the growing belief is that the babyface will likely lose. If not at that event, it could be at the WWE Royal Rumble, which Reigns conquered earlier this year.

There are two scenarios that could lead to such a showdown from happening.

One is that Reigns wins the WWE title, leading to "The Game" trying to wrest it away from him.

On the other hand, Reigns could face Triple H without the belt with the match being made just to determine who between the two deserve to be called the best WWE star there is in the business.

These situations are just speculation of course, but seeing Roman Reigns and Triple H battling it would be an incredible sight.
