Unless the Browns have a change of heart, Tim Tebow's window of opportunity to play in the NFL in 2015 appears to be closed.

The SEC Nation college football analyst, whose NFL career seemed to be resurrected with his training camp tryout with the Eagles, is carrying on as though he is not generating any interest from any teams in the league.

Johnny Manziel Goes On Back-To-Back-Nights Partying Spree

Tebow, the 2007 Heisman Trophy winner, will be in Arkansas, speaking at churches in Little Rock and Conway on Sunday, arkansasmatters.com reported.

That doesn't sound like it would interfere with any Tebow meeting or tryout with an NFL team, except that he also has a speaking appearance scheduled at the beginning of 2016.

Johnny Manziel Drama Might Dissipate If Browns Signed Tim Tebow

Tebow will be the featured speaker at a benefit titled, "The Journey Continues ... Time Tebow" in Montgomery, Ala., on Jan. 16, according to the Montgomery Advertiser.

The benefit is for the Cancer Wellness Foundation of Central Alabama.

Injuries to several quarterbacks, as well as horrendous quarterback play, has led to season-long speculation that an NFL team would call on Tebow after his critically acclaimed preseason performance, where he appeared to have secured a roster spot with the Eagles, only to have coach Chip Kelly decide against carrying three quarterbacks on their roster.

Interestingly, Kelly didn't even offer Tebow a practice squad position.

Starter Sam Bradford missed last week's game with a concussion, and his return has yet to be determined.

The Browns, who had to deal with an injury to starter Josh McCown that could've provided Tebow with an opportunity earlier this season, turned to a rejuvenated Johnny Manziel and had planned to start him the rest of the season.

Those plans changed, however, after photos and reports surfaced of Manziel, who spent 10 weeks at a treatment facility for an undisclosed reason during the offseason, partying and holding a champagne bottle, ESPN reported.

Browns coach Mike Pettine has demoted Manziel to third string, and speculation about Manziel's future has increased.

"Everyone in this organization wants what is best for Johnny just like we do for every player in our locker room. I'm especially disappointed in his actions and behavior because he has been working very hard," Pettine said in a statement.

In case Pettine is wondering, Tebow will be in the deep south, still waiting.
