While the world and everything around it seems to be falling apart, LSU coach Les Miles doesn't seem to either care or be worried about his job security.

As reports abound out of Baton Rouge that Miles is playing for his job, Miles doesn't seem to think so according to NFL.com.

Jimbo Fisher Could Be Les Miles' Replacement At LSU

"They had me in [another] job not long ago too, as I recall, in fact on a plane that I was not on," Miles said. "I don't want to go there. I would not be doing my job as the head coach at LSU ... What is the future is, to me, after the Texas A&M game, a great game to be played in Tiger Stadium. I'm not going to find myself watching TV or reading papers. ... I'm going to go on to work. ... At some point in time, there is a 'me' in this. (But) not while I'm coaching."

You can't blame Miles for not wanting to discuss his job status when, quite frankly, no one knows what it is.

The Case Against Notre Dame For The College Football Playoff

On the one hand there are reports that LSU is ready to replace Les Miles with Jimbo Fisher and that Miles was having a special meeting with his players, which could indicate he knows that he is on his way out. On the other hand, Miles seems to not be too worried about his job status. He seemed more concerned on Saturday after LSU's third straight loss.

A lot of people are upset by the way the LSU administrators are handling this whole situation by letting Miles hang in the wind as they make up their mind as to where the program is headed. But as each day passes, you have to wonder what's really going on down in Baton Rouge.
