Kevin Durant is expected to be the big name when the 2016 NBA Free Agency comes around but for now, he stands firm that he has no plan whatsoever on what is next for his career.
Durant is widely expected to be the most sought after player, someone expected to be offered the moon. Though he refuses to talk about it, rumors about his potential landing spot will come out flying left and right.

To whittle things down a bit, what if Durant decides to pack up and go? What would be the reason for him leaving?
As reported by ESPN, it will not be because of his bosom buddy Russell Westbrook.

Westbrook has proven that he can take over the team when the need arises. He showed such last year when Durant was out of commission, putting up monster numbers that almost helped the Thunder make the playoffs.
With Durant back, Oklahoma City is back to its old dangerous forms, though many feel that something has got to give at some point. Westbrook’s knack of hogging the ball has been a long standing problem but for Durant, that does not mean his bond with Westbrook will be affected.
As far as he is concerned, Durant considers questions trying to create conflict between him and Westbrook as disrespectful. Towards the end of an interview with the Oklahoman, the former NBA MVP somehow shows how such can irk him.
“No matter what. Good days, bad days, more shots. I’m a real friend. If I like somebody, I like them. I may not agree with everything they do on the court. That’s a part of it. But don’t say we both changing as men when your questions are changing. Don’t come to me and ask what’s going on with Russell and expect me to be alright with it,” Durant said.
