James Harden and the Rockets aren't exactly soaring. Houston, you have a problem that may only be big enough for E! Network cameras to capture.

The Rockets were blown out three straight times to start the season, but the team appeared to get on the right track by following it up with four consecutive victories. Following its 110-98 loss to Dallas on Saturday, Houston has now dropped three straight games.

It's a frustrating time for the Rockets, but perhaps no one is more vexing this season than Harden.

Harden is shooting a lowly 37 percent this season and 24 percent from 3-point range. What's even more troubling for the three-time NBA All-Star is his defensive woes have returned, though he insists the team can turn things around.

"It's things we can correct," Harden said Friday, according to CBS Sports. "It's not major problems, they're not out of our hands. It's things we can correct, and to get wins, we have to."

The question now remains, what is it that is making Harden so terrible this season? Perhaps it could be all the drama and baggage that comes along with is reality star girlfriend.

Khloe Kardashian is no stranger to making headlines and soaking up the spotlight, and the reality star has been popping up left and right ever since her husband Lamar Odom nearly lost his life due to excessive drugs and alcohol intake.

Kardashian, 31, has crowed about how good Harden, 26, has been throughout all of the drama, but perhaps it's getting to him on the court.

"There are times I'm sure he was very uncomfortable with things," Kardashian told KIIS-FM radio, according to TMZ. "But I'm glad he's been so supportive to me."

Maybe he has been supportive, but that doesn't mean the saga with Odom isn't getting to him. Harden has been with Kardashian since June and the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star seemed rushed to divorce Odom in order to start anew with the Rockets shooting guard.

After Odom's incident last month, however, Kardashian called off the divorce to support him financially in his long-road to recovery, while she still remained in a relationship with Harden.

It's hard to imagine what's on Harden's mind when he takes the court every night, but perhaps the support he's been giving is just a front for how he truly feels, and maybe those emotions are affecting him on the court.

Or, perhaps, he's just really bad at defense.
