If anyone thought Alabama would have a hangover after last week's win over LSU, they were sadly mistaken.
The Crimson Tide may have started out slow, at least on offense, but eventually they found their groove and run over Mississippi State 31-6.

The Bulldogs had their chances early, but couldn't score.
After going three and out their first few plays of the game, Alabama finally got on the score board first when Cyrus Jones returned a punt 69 yards for a touchdown. From that point on, it was the Derrick Henry show.

Henry started slow, but then he had runs of 74 and 65 yards both for touchdowns. He ended the day with over 200 yards rushing and two touchdowns.
"He's fast. He's faster than people think. He's faster than he looks," Saban said after the game via SEC Country.

The Alabama defense proved once again why they are one of the best, sacking MSU quarterback Dak Prescott nine times which is second best in school history.
"Our defensive front is the strength of our team," Saban said.
The nine sacks is the most a Nick Saban defense has ever had. With this victory Alabama has only one more huddle to cross in the SEC before they go to Atlanta and that's arch rival Auburn in two weeks.
Alabama will have an out of conference game against Charleston Southern which will close out their home games for the season.
