Chip Kelly is not a fan of snake oil salesman. Beware, Russell Wilson. You, too, Tom Brady.

The Eagles coach addressed the media Thursday on safety Malcolm Jenkins admitting that he played much of Sunday's game against the Cowboys with a concussion, NJ.com reported.

Russell Wilson's Credibility Questioned After Hawking Concussion-Prevention Water

When asked whether the Eagles have experimented with anything sports-science-related that might help lower the risk of concussions, Kelly made reference to some interesting comments that the Seahawks quarterback made earlier this season.

"No," Kelly said. "I don't think there's a lot out there right now. People say they drink a certain water and that helps them, but until there is real -- I don't think there is anything you can do unless you're teaching proper tackling techniques and things like that from a technical standpoint to prevent it when you have a blow like that that's going to prevent a concussion."

Before Russell Wilson And Recovery Water, There Were Tom Brady And NeuroSafe

In August, Wilson told Rolling Stone that he used a product called Reliant Recovery Water that helped him on a hit to the head during the 2014 NFC Championship game against the Packers.

"I banged my head during the Packers game in the playoffs, and the next day I was fine," says Wilson. "It was the water. ... I know it works."

He later clarified his comments, maintain that he thought the product helped him in a more general sense.

In 2011, the Patriots quarterback made a similar claim about a product called NeuroSafe, being quoted in an ad saying, "NeuroSafe makes me feel comfortable that if I get a concussion I can recover faster and more fully. There is no other solution on the market today that can do what NeuroSafe does. It's that extra level of protection that gives me comfort when I'm out on the field."

The product was endorsed by Brady's controversial trainer, Alex Guerrero, who was exposed to have lied about being a doctor.

The most ironic thing about the subject is that Kelly is the voice of reason over Wilson and Brady.
