Sasha Banks WWE Rumors: 'The Boss' Being A Baby Will Only Hurt Status In Company [VIDEO]

If "The Boss" crosses the WWE's actual boss, Vince McMahon, her stock in the company could plummet.

There's no questioning how awesome Sasha Banks is in the ring. Just take a look at anything she's done in NXT, especially her last two matches with Bayley for the WWE's minor league promotion, both of which are 2015 Match of the Year candidates.

Paige Needs To Stop Clamoring For Nostalgia Acts

While she looks amazing, has a great character and can cut fantastic promos, the success that Banks had in NXT hasn't translated over to the main WWE roster yet. The lack of direction for the former NXT Women's Champion comes in spite of the WWE Universe coming out in droves and chanting, "We want Sasha" during nearly ever Divas bout on the roster that she isn't featured in.

Despite the strong support for the Diva, the WWE hasn't given her much to do on the main roster and the fans, and Banks itself it seems, have taken notice.

WWE Bucking Tradition, Blowing Major Survivor Series Angle

Banks is very active on social media, which includes her Tumblr page at Sashabankswwe.tumblr.com. "The Boss" interacts with fans on the social networking platform and when one WWE Universe supporter questioned McMahon's creative direction for her, Banks reposted their sentiment.

"All the marks and smarks will look up and shout 'We want Sasha!'... and Vince will look down and whisper 'No,'" the fan wrote in a post Banks reposted.

In theory, Banks isn't wrong. There is an argument that could be made for her getting a big push, especially since she's a very popular Diva and can back it up, but complaining about creative direction has never done much for anyone.

One of the reasons Dolph Ziggler is constantly depushed is because he runs his mouth behind the scenes. CM Punk got so frustrated with his creative direction that he finally had enough and quit before ever living out his dream of main eventing WrestleMania. Banks doesn't want to suffer the same fate.

Banks is only 23, so the future is very bright for the WWE Diva. "The Boss" has only been on the main roster since July, so there's plenty of time for the WWE to take a patient approach in developing her and pushing her.

Being impatient isn't the way to go, and if Banks gets labeled as a "baby" or a "complainer," it will do more harm than good for her career.
