A new study shows that the drunkest fans in the NFL this year belong to the Bills, while the most sober fans are located in Cincinnati.
The report, put together by San Francisco based company BACtrack, found that the average Blood Alcohol Content level for Bills fans was .076, followed by the Lions (.0695) and the Eagles (.069).

Rounding out the bottom are Saints fans at .021, Titans fans, also at .021, and Bengals fans at .015. Overall the study found that one-third of NFL fans have an average BAC of 0.06 percent or higher on game days, a level at which judgment and self-control are inhibited and that fans' average BAC levels don't correlate with a team's overall record.
Author Sean MacDonald last year in his book "Ultimate Football Road Trip" also made special mention about the drunk fans at Bills games.

He wrote, "What I remember most of all here is the wild atmosphere, one of the craziest I saw during my travels, with much of it due to excessive alcohol consumption. Bills fans are the drunkest I witnessed on my trip. That is true before, during and after the game. ... Inside the stadium seemed like a free-for-all at times. ... I believe that most [NFL fans] are capable of controlling their alcohol intake, but here [at Ralph Wilson Stadium], the majority is simply trying to get as drunk as possible."
Interestingly enough, the according to the Bills Fan Code of Conduct, it states that, "Attempting to bring alcoholic beverages or other prohibited items into the stadium. Please drink responsibly. Binge drinking, or drinking at Gate Entry lines is not permitted."
According to the BAC study's website, data for this study was collected from anonymous users of the BACtrack cell phone app, which syncs with mobile breathalyzers.
The data was collected from the start of the regular season up through Oct. 25.
