Those wondering if Steph Curry and the Warriors were a one-hit championship wonder finally have their answer and it's that this team is here to stay.

In their first game of the season Curry dropped 40 points, the third most for a reigning MVP in a season opener. While impressive, it is far from the biggest record the Warriors have come across this season.

Reigning MVP Has Historic Season Opener

The Warriors are off the best start in NBA history, according to ESPN. The team has outscored their opponents by a combined 100 points thus far, which is the best scoring margin through four games in league history.

In their latest victory, the Warriors beat up on the Grizzlies, 119-69, which was largest margin of defeat in Memphis history.

To the surprise of nobody, the Warriors are 4-0 and Curry leads the league in points per game with a whopping 37. Curry is also top-15 in the league in assists, averaging 6.3 per game.

Kobe Has Harsh Words For Himself

With a start like this, people are going to be talking. Could this team reach 70 wins? Could they repeat as NBA champions? Anything is possible with these Warriors, as they have proven they are here for the long haul.
