Notre Dame has fired a female academic coach after allegations that she coerced male student athletes into having sex with her daughter emerged.

The firing of the coach, who hasn't been identified, came to light in a six-page report by the school which says that her actions went against Notre Dame's "values" and its "discrimination harassment policy," according to The Daily News.

The report makes note of a male African-American athlete who was pressed into getting involved in sexual acts with the coach's daughter, with the tutor even supplying hotel rooms, condoms and transportation for the sexual encounters in exchange for academic favors.

That student was alone as one other pupil sued the school on Friday, citing that the tutor set up "sexually and racially motivated" acts between the school attendee and her daughter.

"She was exploiting African-American males," said lawyer Peter J. Agostino, who is representing the unnamed student who started at Notre Dame on an academic scholarship in the fall of 2014 per the News. "He was invited to the family's private home to facilitate the relationship."

Added the student's other lawyer Michael Misch: "She was encouraging it. The mom sought him out and promoted the relationship by providing hotel rooms and condoms."

According to the report, the relationship between the student and the tutor's daughter spanned five months and began when the pupil opted to receive tutoring lessons during the spring semester. The lessons led to the student being coerced into sexual acts that took place out of state.

Notre Dame has maintained its innocence in the case after being accused of promoting a "sexually abusive and hostile educational environment" in the lawsuit.

"The allegations against the University of Notre Dame in the complaint are unfounded," school spokesman Paul Browne said in a statement to the South Bend Tribune. "As are gratuitous and unfounded references to 'student athletes' -- an allegation that is nothing more than a cynical attempt to attract publicity."

The suit also alleges that the school's psychiatric staff worked in lockstep with the academic coach to medicate the student in order to keep him "passive, cooperative, and under control."

The student is now seeking a jury trial with Misch saying they were "given no choice" because the "door was slammed in our face."
