The Ducks are far, far away from their once "Mighty" namesake as through eight games the team has only managed to muster six goals and just a single victory.

Coming into the season the Ducks were picked by some to be Stanley Cup favorites. Despite those early praises, the team has come out flat, getting shutout five times already. To put this in perspective, the Flames once went a record 264 games without getting shutout. The Ducks, meanwhile, haven't scored a goal in five out of their eight games.

Sidney Crosby Still Best Center In NHL Entering 2015-16 Season

To make their offense look even more anemic, there are several players that have as many, or more, goals than the entire Ducks team. The Stars' Jamie Benn leads the league with eight goals while Zach Parise of the Wild and Montreal's Max Pacioretty are right behind him with seven.

What's most shocking is that 43-year-old Jaromir Jagr has scored just as many goals this year as the entire Ducks team. Jagr made his debut in 1990, three years before the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim even became an NHL team.

Goalie Karri Ramo Dumped After Poor Start

Ducks goalie Frederik Andersen has put up exceptional numbers, with a 1.71 GAA and .940 save percentage. In the six games Andersen has played in, the Ducks have scored just one goal. It's been a rough season for everyone in Anaheim to say the least.
