The former Rutgers head coach -- the same one who failed miserably with the Buccaneers in 2013 -- successfully recruited in Miami during his tenure in New Jersey. His hard-nosed approach fills a need for a team lacking intensity at 4-3.
He’s just not the coach the Hurricanes faithful wants.
