Things are not looking good for former NBA player Lamar Odom after being found unconscious at the Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada last Wednesday.

According to a report from TMZ, doctors attending to the 35-year-old reveal that four of his organs are failing. This includes his kidneys, which is the reason why he is also under dialysis ever since arriving in the hospital.

An earlier report on the condition of Odom reveals that the former Lakers forward suffered multiple strokes and possibly brain damage after seemingly taking in cocaine and herbal-like substance used as a substitute for Viagra.

When Odom is discovered, the ranch manager reportedly turned over Odom who was unconscious face down and found mucus-like substances coming out of his nose and mouth.

Odom has since been on life support as he struggles to breathe on his own. Right now, doctors are giving him a 50/50 chance of pulling through.

According to a different report from ESPN, Odom has been showing signs of improvement though sources say that the former pro basketball player is not totally out of the woods yet.

For those who are unfamiliar, Odom entered the NBA back in 1999 when the Clippers selected him with the fourth overall pick of that year’s NBA Draft.

He has also had stints with the Heat, Lakers and Mavericks. His finest years came perhaps back in 2009-2010 when he was part of the Lakers team that copped the championship.

Of that batch, only Kobe Bryant and Metta World Peace are the remaining remnants of those championship ballclubs.

Bryant was among the first to rush to the side of Odom when news spread about his former friend. Bryant was in Las Vegas for a preseason game against the Kings. He left early and rushed to the hospital where Odom was confined.
