AJ Lee has continued to prove that there's life for her after wrestling.

The WWE Diva announced the launching of her "AJ's Animal Avenger" collection, on which she partnered up with the Beautiful Disaster clothing company. Lee, an avid dog-lover, released a clothing line that contains four human T-shirts and one doggy T-shirt with proceeds going to the PAWS charity in Chicago, where she lives with her husband CM Punk.

The three-time WWE Divas Champion called PAWS and Beautiful Disaster a "perfect match" and said she came up with the idea of donating to the charity based on her own experiences.

"This past February, I was home healing from a surgery and was struggling to keep a positive attitude," Lee said in a press release, according to Wrestling Inc. I needed a purpose greater than throwing a daily pity party for myself."

Lee said she and Punk adopted a dog through PAWS, named it Larry Talbot, and it helped nurse her back to health as the couple fell in love with it. The former Diva said that the dog was an instant part of the family and that she and Punk had a "deep connection" with their new furry friend.

"Our little guy has endured such a hard past, but is nothing but gracious and loving," she said. "He has brought so much happiness into our home that I wanted to find a way to give back to the amazing people who took care of our furry baby before we could."

Lee has plenty of free time now that she, much like her husband, is done with the WWE. Punk's departure from the company was unceremonious, as he walked out on it in January 2014, and was handed his walking papers that June, on the same day he married Lee.

Punk later announced that he joined UFC, while Lee remained in the company until its doctor sued her husband over defamatory remarks he made on Colt Cabana's podcast, accusing Dr. Chris Amann of misdiagnosing him. Once Lee was caught in the middle, she opted to retire from wrestling and move on to other projects.

The WWE has moved on as well as the company has already given Nikki Bella a 301-day reign with the Divas Championship, beating out Lee's previous record by six days.
