Andrew Caldwell is the reason we can’t have nice things. The YouTube star -- which is apparently a thing in today’s society -- admitted he lied about a sexual relationship with former Steelers QB Kordell Stewart.

Big Ben Trying To Come Back Sooner Than Expected

“I want to personally apologize to Kordell Stewart for mentioning his name and making false accusations,” Caldwell said, per Ok Magazine. “I don’t know [Kordell]. From the bottom of my heart, I do apologize and I’m sincerely sorry and will not be going on any interviews and will not be mentioning your name at all.

“I ask you to forgive me and I apologize for anything and everything that I’ve done to you.”

People Are Still Talking About Kordell Stewart

Just days prior, Caldwell alleged he received bags, purses, cars, among other things, from Stewart.

His stunt can be boiled down to the downfall of American society, reality shows.

Caldwell was cast to be in a reality show pilot that was being filmed in Atlanta, according to sources speaking to Baller Alert (h/t Ok Magazine). The report claimed Caldwell was tricked by the show’s producer, who talked him into telling the lie.

An alleged payment of $600,000 was worth the gamble.

Fortunately, the air has been cleared. We can all go back to not caring about Kordell Stewart.
