Today at 4:37 p.m. ET the Cubs will attempt to polish off the Cardinals, the top team in MLB during the regular season, in front of their home fans at Wrigley Field in Game 4 of the NLDS. The game will be televised on TBS and live streamed free here. Cubs fans can listen to the action on WGN 720, while Cardinals fans may do likewise on KMOX 1120.

The Cardinals will send John Lackey (13-7, 2.77 ERA) to the mound on three days' rest against Cubs right-hander Jason Hammel (10-7, 3.74 ERA). Lackey is a veteran of three days' rest starts in the postseason, possessing a 2-0 record and 2.42 ERA in such scenarios. He has also been lights out vs. the Cubs, going 3-0 with a 0.93 ERA in four starts including Game 1.

The Cubs, however, are swinging hot sticks. They swatted six home runs off Cardinals pitching on Monday in Game 3, surviving a rare off night from their ace Jake Arrieta.
