People are calling for Tim Tebow in Detroit, that’s how far Matthew Stafford has fallen.
The Lions QB was benched in Sunday’s 42-17 loss to the Cardinals. Stafford was a paltry 20-of-32 for 188 yards and one TD, but three INTs cut his afternoon short. Dan Orlovsky didn’t fare any better.
Ryan Tannehill Is Still An NFL QB, But Tebow Isn't
The 32-year-old was 21-of-38 for 191 and an INT of his own.
The result drops the Lions to 0-5. Even worse, it’s forced the fanbase to call for the wrong kind of savior.
Eagles Fans Still Believe They're Paying For Cutting Tebow
The Lions really should just sign Tim Tebow. Stafford and Orlovsky just aren't cutting it...

I'd take Tebow over Stafford any day. Least he wins games. Still won more play off games than stafford

Tebow > Stafford

I think it's time to ditch Stafford and sign Tebow

Matthew Stafford is so flagrantly mediocre. I'd honestly rather them sign Tebow.

Stafford better be careful because Tebow is on the market...and he's actually willing to be coached and getting better

#tebow can't get a job but Matthew Stafford is still in the league?

But why stop there?
Alright #Lions fans, heres how we rebound: - Trump as Owner - Tebow as QB - Trade Stafford - Fire Lombardi - Austin as HC #OnePride
