Jim Harbaugh isn’t overpaid, Barry Alvarez just doesn’t know how to spend her money.
The Wisconsin athletics director had some choice words about the manner in which Ohio State and Michigan spend money in the coaching department.

“Those are the choices they make,” she said in an interview for a story about coaching salaries, per USA Today. “That really begins to threaten the whole sense that we are not professional athletic teams.
“I’m not terribly happy about the fact that they made those choices. That’s my opinion.”
