Breakups can be ugly, and divorces even nastier, but this is just mean. WNBA star Brittney Griner, who married fellow player Glory Johnson in May, had Johnson banned from their home temporarily while their split is made official.

Griner’s really over Johnson, according to TMZ. This has gotten so bad that Johnson has been given only 20 minutes to gather her things from the home the ex-couple shared, and she must be accompanied by a police officer at an agreed-upon time. Cold-blooded for sure.

Assault Charges Can't Delay Griner-Johnson Marriage

A cop’s presence is probably for the best. The couple originally broke up less than a month after they got married. They also were in the media for a very public domestic violence incident in which both women were arrested, and suspended for seven games. That incident happened 17 days before they got married. And if you think this situation couldn’t get any more complicated, you’d be wrong.

Johnson isn’t playing in the WNBA this season because she’s pregnant with twins, and the pregnancy was planned with Griner. Johnson announced the couple would be having babies on Instagram, and then a day later Griner filed for divorce.
