Trying to get rich quick on Fanduel? The best way to cash on weekly fantasy football sites is to load up on as many stars with good matchups as possible. Due to budget restraints, however, fantasy players must sacrifice other positions to nab the stars they want.

Here, you'll find the top bargains at each position that will let you splurge elsewhere.

5 Must-Own Handcuffs Entering Week 3

Quarterback

1. Marcus Mariota, Titans ($7,300): Mariota came down from his unsustainable Week 1 high last week, but in a disappointing loss the rookie still picked up 257 yards in the air and two touchdowns. The Titans have Indianapolis this week, so they’ll need to score. Expect the points to pile up for Mariota.

2. Derek Carr, Raiders, ($6,600): Don’t get carried away with last week’s 351 yards and three touchdowns; I will admit I don’t have a clue where that came from, but I do not think Carr’s established a new norm. Cleveland doesn’t have an elite defense though, and the Raiders are at home. With Carr you can expect a decent showing, and to have elite WRs or RBs.

Best Waiver Wire Pickups For Week 3

3. Johnny Manziel, Browns ($6,800): This shouldn’t be misconstrued as a vote of confidence in Johnny Football’s true ability as a real-life QB, but stats-wise he can be high-impact. Last week he proved serviceable just by chucking two bombs to Travis Benjamin. If he can get going with his legs that will be a source of cheap points against a Raiders D that isn’t special.

*If McCown clears concussion protocol, and starts over Manziel, roll with Tyrod Taylor.

Running Backs

1. C.J. Anderson, Broncos ($7,300): Now’s the time to pounce! After two disgusting games against brutal defenses, Anderson gets to go up against the reeling Lions. They don’t have Ndamukong Suh or Nick Fairley anymore, and LB DeAndre Levy is banged up. If Peyton Manning continues to run his old offense, and veer from Gary Kubiak’s, Anderson should return to form.

2. David Johnson, Cardinals ($6,000): For the second straight week David Johnson proved he possesses the kind of explosiveness that Chris Johnson, the veteran standing in his way, once had. Cardinals coaches said he has earned a bigger role, and that will mean more opportunities for big plays. Expect Chris Johnson to recede into a change-of-pace role.

3. Karlos Williams, Bills ($5,300): LeSean McCoy is battling a bad hamstring, and even though McCoy is taking the majority of the work, it’s Williams who is finding the end zone. Miami’s defense is in disarray right now, and that means Buffalo will be running at will. Unless McCoy is going to strike from long-range, expect William to have a TD or two at a beautiful price tag.

Wide Receivers

1. Mike Evans, Buccaneers ($7,400): Evans definitely infuriated a lot of fantasy owners with his doughnut last week, but don’t cut bait on him! Evans is extremely talented, and even if he posts a low catch total, he will get red zone looks. Evans is healthy now, and he’s a top receiver at a WR2 cost.

2. Travis Benjamin, Browns, ($5,600): It’s surprising, but Benjamin has to be taken seriously. He seems to have developed a nice relationship with Johnny Manziel, who will be tough to bench after leading Cleveland to a convincing first win. Benjamin’s value is as a deep threat, so he is one of the few players in this price range with the potential to post numbers resembling those of a WR1.

3. Nelson Agholor, Eagles ($5,300): Agholor was a hyped rookie who has done next to nothing so far. Neither have any of the Eagles really. This offense will start hitting its stride soon, and if it happens in Week 3, Agholor will contribute. The Jets will likely put star CB Darrelle Revis on Jordan Matthews, so Sam Bradford will have to involve Agholor, who was targeted six times in Week 2.

Tight Ends

1. Tyler Eifert, Bengals ($5,900): Eifert saw a steep drop in targets last week, and still managed to find the end zone and be a worthwhile play. So it will be for Eifert, an excellent pass-catching TE who is finally healthy and without Jermaine Gresham blocking him. Start Eifert with confidence.

2. Eric Ebron, Lions ($5,100): Ebron was drafted to be a Jimmy Graham clone, and through two games he’s starting to resemble it. The 10 targets he received last week is super encouraging. The 43 yards he amassed with 10 targets is not. He isn’t Graham, but he’s a reliable threat to score every week, against any opponent.

3. Scott Chandler, Patriots ($4,900): Chandler got five targets last week, and with defenses likely expending all their mental energy on ways to limit Rob Gronkowski, Chandler may find opportunities to shine. At the very least, it’ll cost you very little to try.
