Lindsey Vonn has gained the upper hand in her post-breakup relationship with Tiger Woods.

The Olympic gold medal skier has been linked romantically to Charlie Ebersol, a television producer who is the son of well-know TV executive Dick Ebersol and Britney Spear's former boyfriend, the New York Post's Page Six is reporting.

Tiger Woods Didn't Cheat On Lindsey Vonn; The Couple Stays In Touch

The 30-year-old Vonn twice was spotted with Ebersol, 32, at the U.S. Open.

"The couple was seen looking very close on Friday while arriving in a car at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing, Queens," Page Six reported. "They headed to the Heineken VIP Suite, where they were careful not to be photographed together.

Both Tiger And Lindsey Struggled After Their Breakup

"On Sunday, Vonn and Ebersol were back at the Open for the men's final, again being careful not to be too cozy together in public."

Vonn and Woods dated for more than two years before announcing their breakup in the spring.

Initial reports indicated that Woods had confessed to Vonn that he had cheated on her during a therapy session. But HollywoodLife.com refuted those reports, saying that the two split because Vonn wanted to get married and Woods did not.

Vonn said in the summer that she and Woods still kept in contact.

Ebersol, meanwhile, is coming off an eight-month relationship with Spears that ended in June. The pop singer deleted all her Instagram photos that included Ebersol, Vanity Fair reports, but TMZ reported that the couple did not experience a messy breakup.

Spears' father, however, made Ebersol sign a non-disclosure agreement, meaning he cannot talk about their relationship.

It also means that Britney is available, if Tiger is interested ... and jealous. Same for Spears.
