Main Talking Point

Admittedly, Barcelona can look at last season's success—winning the treble—and not even focus on the fact that they failed to defeat Malaga. Luis Enrique, however chose not to.

The Barcelona manager sees Saturday's contest as a way to measure improvement.

"Malaga will be a very difficult game for us," Enrique said, per Football Espana. "It's an attractive challenge. We weren't able to beat them last season, so it's a test to see if we've improved and become more effective."

Projected Lineups

Malaga (4-4-2): Kameni; Torres, Angeleri, Albentosa, Rosales; Amrabt, Darder, Tissone, Horta; Cop, Charles
