Odell Beckham Jr. showed he was head and shoulders above every other first-year player by winning Offensive Rookie of the Year honors last season, and now he has the endorsement deal to back it up.

The flashy Giants receiver and his two-toned, black-and-blonde locks will be the successor to Troy Polamalu as the new representative of the Head & Shoulders shampoo brand, according to ESPN.

Beckham knows that he has a tough act to follow in Polamalu's flowing mane, but he's up to the task.

"I don't think my hair is as good as Troy's," Beckham said via ESPN. "But hopefully I can one day live up to his reputation."

Beckham is already carving out a great reputation for himself on the gridiron. In his rookie season, a hamstring injury limited the receiver to just 12 games, but he made them count by racking up 1,305 yards on 91 receptions and adding 12 touchdowns.

The breakout rookie season has led to Beckham becoming a household name and has landed him myriad endorsements.

The 22-year-old receiver inked an exclusive memorabilia deal with Steiner Sports and also became a brand ambassador for nutritional supplement brand Exos while he has an equity stake in Roar, an upstart sports drink. Beckham also has a deal with Nike and has appeared in commercials for Foot Locker and other brands.

The Giants superstar will also grace the cover of the "Madden NFL 16" video game.

In the ad for the shampoo brand, Beckham's career highlights are shown along with tagline: "Shoulders were made for greatness. Not for dandruff."

If Beckham's impressive stats weren't enough to help his rise to prominence, his unbelievable one-handed catch on "Sunday Night Football" against the rival Cowboys in December put him on the map. Beckham practices the one-handed snags all the time, but he said he doesn't post it on social media just for the notoriety.
