This isn't exactly what Usain Bolt had in mind to celebrate his 200 meter race victory.

The Jamaican sprinter was taking a victory lap after his first place finish in the race at the Beijing World Championships when an unexpected collision occurred. A cameraman was following Bolt slowly on a segway when all of a sudden he lost control of it and fell into the runner, causing both men to fall to the ground.

Bolt instantly got back to his feet and appeared to be okay following the accident while the cameraman was a little worse for wear from the fall.

Prior to the incident, Bolt was able to thwart off rival racer Justin Gatlin to win the gold in the 200m race. The 10-time world champion continued to pose for pictures in front of his fans following the collision.

Bolt was in good spirits following the odd episode.

"I celebrated early because earlier in the week Gatlin said some things about bringing something special in the 200m so I wanted to show him that he should never talk about me and my 200ms like that again!" Bolt told the Jamaica Gleaner. "This is a big deal to me, everyone know how much I love this event."

If only that special thing Gatlin brought was a segway.
