Khloe Kardashian has a “cheating clause” in her prenup with NBA husband Lamar Odom that stipulates she gets $500,000 for each year the couple was together if they divorce and it’s proven he ever cheated on her.
According to RadarOnline, the reality TV star is said to be” humiliated, pissed off” and maybe considering filing for the dissolution of her marriage amid ongoing reports Odom has engaged in recent affairs with both Washington stripper Jennifer Richardson and California attorney Polina Polonsky.
“With both mistresses coming out, she can’t handle much more,” Radar reported a source close to her recently stated. “If more women come forward, she will do it.”
The couple has now been married four years, meaning if Kardashian does formally file and is able to prove Odom’s alleged dalliances she would be due a cool $2 million.
Another friend told the website “Khloe is a strong girl, but the cheating rumors have really worn her down.”
Radar estimates Odom, a 14-year NBA veteran, has a net worth of approximately $56 million, while his wife’s fortune is thought to be in the neighborhood of around $18 million. Among the known valuables they’ve amassed since their union are a $500,000 Rolls Royce, a $140,000 Porsche Panamera, and Khloe’s $850,000 engagement ring.
