Nick Young is spending considerable time working on his craft, his fiancée says. Considering the season he and the Lakers had last year, he needs to, she adds.

Pop artist Iggy Izalea appeared on an Australian radio program, Hamish and Andy, making fun of her Lakers fiancé and his team, according to The Big Lead.

Azalea is in her home country while Young is with the Lakers. Asked whether he needed to "practice that bad," she responded, "He does. I mean, did you see the last season?"

Paul Pierce Talks As If Lakers Offered A Free-Agent Contract

The Lakers finished with a franchise-worst 21-61 mark as Kobe Bryant again missed the majority of the season with a shoulder injury.

Azalea's comment about his play on the Lakers, however, wasn't the only observation she made at Young's expense.

She talked about going with Young to watch him play in a summer league game, where she mentioned that she would need a security guard with her "because I'm wearing $700,000 worth of jewelry."

"And he's like, 'Where?'" Azalea said. "And I was like, 'Here, you idiot,'" sticking out her engagement ring hand to the show's hosts.

Injuries limited Young to 42 games last season, in which he averaged 13.4 points per game, which were 4.5 points fewer than his first year with the Lakers in 2013-14 when he averaged 17.9 ppg. He also shot the ball at a 43.5 percent clip in 2013-14, compared to an icy 36.6 percent last season. So maybe Azalea is correct in her assessment about him needing to practice.

Young proposed to Azalea on his 30th birthday on June 1, but the couple has yet to announce an actual wedding date.
