Tonight at 8 p.m. ET, the Buccaneers and Vikings engage in preseason action live from TCF Bank Stadium in Minnesota.
Tampa Bay is coming into 2015 on the heels of a nightmarish 2014 season that saw it finish 2-14 and in last place in the NFC South. The brutal season marked the seventh straight year the Buccaneers missed the playoffs.

Minnesota, meanwhile, played to a 7-9 mark in 2014, which placed them in third place in the NFC North. The Vikings failed to qualify for the postseason for the second consecutive campaign. This will be Minnesota's second game this preseason after defeating the Steelers, 14-3, on Aug. 9 in the annual Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio.

While the last few years haven't been kind to the Buccaneers, there is reason for optimism with Jameis Winston being brought into the fold. While the former FSU quarterback and 2013 Heisman Trophy winner has had his off-field issues, Tampa Bay was confident enough in his abilities to select him with the No. 1 overall pick at this year's NFL Draft.
Winston will get his first taste of NFL in-game action in what should be a must-see affair.
The Vikings counter with Teddy Bridgewater who looks to continue progressing in his sophomore season. Bridgewater went 5-for-6 against the Steelers for 44 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. He also ran once for six yards.
In that same game, Mike Kafka converted seven of his 10 passes for 66 yards and a score for the Vikings. Rookie free agent Taylor Heinicke was also 7-of-10, but he also threw an interception.
Running back Adrian Peterson is not expected to be featured in the game, so young backs Jerick McKinnon and Matt Asiata are sure to get plenty of touches.
The NFL preseason rolls on when the Bucs and Vikings clash live tonight from TCF Bank Stadium in Minnesota.
