Tonight at 8:08 p.m. ET, the Dodgers (62-48) and Pirates (64-44) play the final contest of a three-game series live from PNC Park in Pittsburgh.

Los Angeles looks to avoid the sweep as it closes out a six-game road trip through Pennsylvania, while Pittsburgh looks for its fourth straight victory as it finishes up a six-match homestand.

The Pirates took the series-opener with an exciting 5-4 walk-off victory on Friday and followed it up by defeating the Dodgers 6-5 on Saturday.

Francisco Liriano only lasted seven innings after giving up four runs in three innings for Pittsburgh on Saturday, but he also hit a homer. Neil Walker also had a round-tripper for the Pirates in the win. It was his 11th big-fly of the season.

Enrique Hernandez launched his fourth long-ball of the season in the loss for Los Angeles.

Alex Wood (7-7, 3.65 ERA) takes the ball for the Dodgers, while the Pirates counter with Charlie Morton and he is 7-4 with a 4.19 ERA.

Morton faces a Los Angeles lineup that is paced by first baseman Adrian Gonzalez.

Gonzalez is fifth in the National League with a .530 slugging percentage and he leads the Dodgers with a .296 batting average, 22 homers and 66 RBI.

Pittsburgh counters with a lineup that is led by outfielder Andrew McCutchen. The Pirates' All-Star is fifth in the NL in RBI (70), on-base percentage (.399) and OPS (.907).

In the standings, Los Angeles enters atop the NL West with a three-game lead over the World Series champion Giants, while Pittsburgh is six games behind the Cardinals in the NL Central owns the top wild-card spot in the NL.
