Salazar is coming in off of an outing where he held the Athletics to one run in eight innings.

Santiago, meanwhile, tied season highs by yielding five runs and nine hits against the Dodgers on Friday.

The Angels counter with a roster that is paced by outfielder and MVP candidate Mike Trout.

Trout leads the MLB with 32 homers this season and is first in the American League with a .618 slugging percentage.
