C.J. Wilson (8-7, 3.59 ERA) takes the mound for the Angels tonight while the Astros counter with Collin McHugh and he is 11-5 with a 4.25 ERA on the campaign.

Wilson gave up a season-high seven runs in a season-low 3.1 innings on June 23 against Houston, but he owns a 2.56 ERA in his past five starts.

McHugh, meanwhile, is tied for second in the AL with his 11 victories and held Los Angeles to two runs in eight innings when he matched up against Wilson on June 23.

McHugh faces an Angels lineup that is paced by Mike Trout, who leads the majors with 31 homers and 75 RBI. The Los Angeles outfielder is also first in the AL in runs (75), slugging percentage (.635) and OPS (1.038).

Houston counters with a lineup that is paced by second baseman Jose Altuve, who is first in the AL with 28 stolen bases and leads the club with a .301 batting average.
