Kevin Owens and Brock Lesnar may be on separate paths heading into SummerSlam, but the former NXT Champion hopes their careers converge at some point.

Owens spoke with the Gorilla Position Podcast and touched on how he wants to face The Beast somewhere down the line.
"I think there's only one answer for me right now, and it is Brock Lesnar," Owens told the show, according to MTV UK. "I think a lot of people want to see it."

Lesnar is set to battle The Undertaker in a WrestleMania XXX rematch at SummerSlam on Aug. 23 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn while Owens has been feuding with Cesaro.
The issue between Owens and Cesaro spilled into the rivalry with Sheamus and Randy Orton on RAW this week so something could happen with those four at The Biggest Party of the Summer.
Owens said he's wanted to face Lesnar since he first saw him enter the squared circle, which could play into a potential storyline.
"I was there the night he made his debut on RAW for WWE," Owens said. "I was in the crowd, like the fifth row. I remember being blown away immediately by this guy; I was on board right away. I bought Brock Lesnar T-shirts and Brock Lesnar hats. My parents got a dog that summer, I named him Brock. Seriously, he was a blonde Lab, he was huge: 'That's Brock!' I used to do the F5 when I was on the Indies because of how much I admire him so I'd love to be the one to put an end to him."
Lesnar had a meteoric rise in the WWE, winning the King of the Ring in 2002 and becoming at the time the youngest WWE Champion when he defeated The Rock at SummerSlam that year.
Owens is also on a torrid pace through the WWE as after being called up from NXT he engaged in a feud with John Cena and actually defeated the Cenation Leader at Elimination Chamber in his first WWE match.
Owens has fallen to Cena twice since then, but he's looked great in his first ever rivalry on the main roster, which is a candidate for 2015 Feud of the Year.
It remains to be seen if the WWE will do it, but a Lesnar vs. Owens feud has a lot of potential should Vince McMahon and his creative team choose to explore it.
