While America wonders whether or not Michael Phelps will return to the pool to compete in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, not everyone is excited.
Former U.S. Olympic track and field athlete Bruce Jenner thinks that it's time for Phelps to call it quits.
"He's done," Jenner told TMZ in Calabasas Wednesday. "Quit while you're ahead"

Phelps, 28, announced his retirement from swimming after dominating the sport in the 2012 Olympic Games in London, but has recently been vague about his future, leading to heavy speculation that he might return.
Jenner, who won a gold medal in the decathlon back in 1976, wouldn't be so thrilled to see a Phelps comeback. Jenner has been seen as the stepfather to Kim, Khloe Kourtney and Rob Kardashian since 2007 on "Keeping up with the Kardashians."
Phelps made news over the weekend, hinting to TMZ that he pees in the pool during competitions.
"Everyone pees in the pool. It's normal for everyone to pee in the pool," Phelps told TMZ last weekend.
Phelps was adamant about retiring after the 2012 Games, but told the Associated Press he "doesn't know what's going to happen in the future," last month when questioned about a possible comeback.
Whether or not Phelps returns to the sport remains to be seen, but he's recently said that there was nothing in the works.
Jenner would be happy to hear that.
