Update: The National Enquirer has released quotes from the tape that allegedly has Hogan saying racist things.

Hogan was speaking to Heather Clem in 2012, who was the wife of Bubba The Love Sponge and with whom Hogan was filmed having intercourse with.

Hogan was speaking to Clem about his daughter Brooke sleeping with a black man.

"I guess we're all a little racist," Hogan allegdly says on the tape.

Here are some other notable quotes courtesy of The Enquirer:

"She is making some real bad decisions now. My daughter Brooke jumped sides on me. I spent $2-3 million on her music career, I've done everything like a jackass for her."

"The one option Brooke had, Brooke's career besides me, is [to] sell beach records."

"I don't know if Brooke was f--king the black guy's son."

"I mean, I don't have double standards. I mean, I am a racist, to a point, f--king n---ers. But then when it comes to nice people and s--t, and whatever."

"I mean, I'd rather if she was going to f--k some n---er, I'd rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall n---er worth a hundred million dollars! Like a basketball player! I guess we're all a little racist. F--king n---er."

The WWE has also released a statement regarding the Hogan situation.

"WWE terminated its contract with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan)," the company said via Fox Sports. "WWE is committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide."

Daniel Bryan Provides Injury Update, Waiting On Doctor Approval

Hogan's profile and many references to him have been removed from WWE.com. The WWE Hall of Famer has also been removed from the Tough Enough website despite being a judge on the reality show. It is likely he will be removed of that duty as well.

The WWE's action is reportedly due to audio that apparently has surfaced which has Hogan painted as a racist, according to MediaTakeOut.com. The site claims to have heard the audio and called it "disgusting."

New Details On WWE's DVD And Blu-ray Release For Sting

Per the report, the WWE apparently had a chance to hear this audio, which came to light during Hogan's lawsuit against Gawker that was related to the release of his sex tape, and were so appalled that they began distancing themselves.

WWE has also switched Curtis Axel from his "Axelmania" gimmick to his regular character in his profile as well. Axel's latest gimmick was a parody of Hogan, but that will no longer be happening.

Hogan took to Twitter to share what appears to be a quote in response to the situation:

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that sources say the audio is going to do a lot of damage to Hogan, but that they believe he can eventually recover from it after hard work and a lot of time passes.

The audio has yet to be released, but once it is check back here to listen to it.

It is said that the audio is very old and that friends of Hogan have known about it for a long time. It is likely that the comments were made well before his eventual return to the WWE.

Hogan had been campaigning for one final match at WrestleMania 32 on April 3, 2016, at AT&T Stadium in Texas, but it now seems as though it will be a long-shot.
